We offer vehicle recovery and transport services for cars, vans, and small commercial vehicles across the UK.

This includes emergency recovery, scheduled vehicle relocation, and transportation from dealerships or auctions.

Additional services may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted based on the details you provide (distance, vehicle condition, access, etc.).

• Final charges may vary if the job details change on the day.

• All payments must be made on completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments (where available).

• We take all reasonable care in handling your vehicle during transport.

• Ei Brus LTD is not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical faults.

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

• Clients are advised to inform us of any special conditions or high-value vehicles in advance.

6. Access & Parking

Clients are responsible for ensuring there is safe and legal access at both pickup and delivery locations.

Any delays or fines due to parking issues are the responsibility of the client.

7. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and transport request.

• Ensure a responsible person is present to release and receive the vehicle.

• Secure any personal belongings before transport — we are not liable for items left inside the vehicle.

8. Complaints

If you experience any issues with our service, please report them as soon as possible — ideally during or immediately after completion.

We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
